しんじょうIkegame is a safe brand for me personally.
I buy it most often in Kyushu sake.
The name sounds like hell, draining all the water out of the pond and capturing a lot of Mississippian pond turtles, but it is a gem of Kurume City, a famous sake brewery!
This one is slightly dry, unfiltered, rich, juicy and delicious!
It is very sharp when served cold, and a little mild when served warm, but the spiciness goes up!
It goes well with a meal.
Although it is a strong sake, you can easily drink too much of it!
This is wonderful!
Mr. Kazuhiko Ota lives in Jujo, Tokyo.
The famous Saito Brewery!
I dream of drinking 220 yen sake here!
I visited two other izakayas, both excellent!
Jujo is the most attractive izakaya in Tokyo!
