Mr. Ota also went to the famous eel restaurant, Okasugi!
It is very difficult to make a reservation, but I guess there was a cancellation.
We went to eat a course of grilled duck and eel shabu-shabu.
First of all, we toasted with "Kamikai no Amakappa"!
As the name suggests, it was so sweet and sour and so smooth to the palate that it was gone in no time 😊.
Sashimi with Matsu no Tsukasa no Raku!
It has a well-balanced light taste and goes well with it!
Sweet fatty duck with Mitsuriboshi White
I like the white of the three stars best, but I would have preferred a sake with a bit more punch 🤔.
The sweet and fluffy eel shabu went well with Chikubushima's ginjo sake!
I drank it the other day and chose it because it was easy to drink but had a strong taste!
I also had zosui (rice porridge) with the eel shabu pot!
It is full of eel extract and delicious! ❣️
We were very satisfied with both the sake and the food!

I had it for the first time too and it's sweet, fluffy and delicious 💕It takes a while until it's ready to eat, but it's nice including the talk with the store owner during that time 😊🎶.

I've never heard of Unashabu 😳It's a popular restaurant ✨I'd love to visit when I'm in Shiga 🥰but I guess I won't be able to get a reservation 🤣Jinkai for toast sake! It sounds really good when I read the reviews for aperitifs!
