Good evening! 🙋
It's getting warmer and colder,
Winter is slowly approaching.
We have a creek running next to our house, which causes the temperature to drop 3-5 degrees below normal.
As you can see in the photo, we fired up the wood stove again this year.
It has more firepower than a fan heater or air conditioner, so it warms the room differently. 👍
If you put thick wood in the stove before going to bed, it burns until morning and there is a leftover fire, which is excellent to keep the room temperature well.
As you might expect, the price of firewood has gone up as well, especially after the oak die-off, and I think the cost of firewood has become more expensive than the cost of kerosene. 😓
Well, last week was the birthday of my eldest son's wife and her daughter, and we had a party to celebrate, although not on the same day. 🎉
And at the after party, Sake made an appearance! 🤗
The sake we served was a medium-bodied bottle of Masamune.
Hasegawa Sake Shop online, with a limit of two bottles per person.
I don't really like the word, but it's a good value for money for the taste, so this is the kind of thing I'm talking about 😁. 😁
However, this one is a bit overpoweringly sweet.
I was a bit surprised because I imagined it to be a bit more subdued.
It was delicious.

Good evening, Tomoyuki Kumagai.
There is something atmospheric about a wood stove 🔥.
It's a wonderful time for your family to get together ✨.
I haven't been able to drink any of the instrument Masamune, but I love sweetness, so I will refer to it 😊.

Good morning, ma-ki-! 😄
The wood stove is very luxurious.
The Masamune was a little sweeter this time, perhaps because it was an "autumn harvest" or perhaps because it was hiya-odoroshi.

Good evening, Mr. Manachy! 🙋
The warmth of a wood stove is exceptional 😄.
Due to the oak blight, there is a shortage of wood suitable for wood stoves, and due to the rising cost of labor, the price of wood is getting higher even though it is a small tree 😱.
