SAKE club is held every second Saturday at "Sake and Otsumami CHUIN Shinmachi" in Osaka.
It is a sake club with various plans including experimental contents.
On November 12, there will be a "Tasting of Aged Nama Sake".
It was a party to enjoy 7 of the owner's favorite sakes that have been aged in ice for 2 to 5 years.
As usual, the lineup and cosmetics were amazing😳.
I was not able to attend that day, but there was still sake available, so I was able to have it yesterday 🍶.
We started with the 2021BY sake, which is aged for about 2 years.
The first sake is Tobiroki Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake.
The appearance is crystal with a slight yellow tinge.
The aroma is very mild, with a slightly spicy woody mature aroma.
Is this the so-called isobarrel aldehyde aroma of raw ripeness? 🤔
The mouthfeel is soft, with a very beautiful, thick flavor that is round and round, and then finishes beautifully with a good amount of acidity.
The aftertaste is slightly spicy with a slight bitter astringency, which may be due to the aging effect 🤔.
The characteristic raw sake aging aroma is also less, and the taste seems to be more rounded and delicious 😊.
Looking forward to seeing how it differs from the other sakes.

As long as you have enough sake left over, anyone can drink it after the next day, so it's a good place to go.
There is no food, but I personally love drinking delicious sake with a deep sake discussion with the owner, Mr. Kawada 🥰Pon-chan, please come 🍶.
