Shirakikyu Kinshari Junmai Daiginjo
On the Shinkansen back to Tokyo.
It was purchased at Tomiya in Kyoto Station.
It is served with a yakiniku bento box from Hiroshi Yakiniku Restaurant in Kyoto.
The color appears to be faintly yellowish.
The aroma is elegant and gorgeously sweet.
The taste is also sweet, but the aftertaste is clean and dry.
I was a little impressed that this flavor could be made from Sasanishiki.
Next time, I would definitely like to try the raw sake.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby😄.
My family enjoyed my daughter's graduation trip in Kyoto and back. The 4-gou bottle was quite powerful 😅.
I think we had about a gou of it. I feel totally comfortable 🤣.

Good evening, Takechi ^_^
I love drinking sake, but I also love eating it✨
I love ramen🍜, but I also love meat, so I have my eye on the yakiniku bento 😁.
Looks delicious 🤤.

Good evening, Manta 😄.
I couldn't resist the most popular word and bought it. My second son chose the lunch box with sirloin steak, but he didn't even get a piece of it.
Sorry, I ate it 😅.
Too bad 😖.
