First visit to CHUIN-san this year.
The third sake is Sasameyuki (fine snow) from Kame no Umi.
I first tried it at chuin last year and liked it a lot.
I had planned to buy it this year, but due to storage space issues this time of year, I was unable to do so after all.
I had the last of the bottom of the bottle that was just barely left.
Perhaps because of the time that has passed since the bottle was opened, the aroma is mild and rather rich of rice.
The taste is refreshingly sweet with a sudsy feel.

The clear umami has a slight bitterness, and it finishes smoothly and comfortably.
Yes, after all, Kame no Umi is intoxicating.
Hosoyuki is also not flashy, but I like it because it has a beautiful and gentle flavor that is also fragile: ☺️
