I think I've had a lot of Yokoyama, but this is the first time I've had this spec.
I bought it at Edion Namba's sake store, Sake Shop.
It is produced by Yamada, a sake dealer in Hiroshima, so unlike Yodobashi and Bic, this is a real local sake shop style.
It is quite fruity among the Yokoyama brands, probably due to the use of 1801 yeast. Slightly effervescent, sweet and delicious. Almost no pungency or bitterness. You can't go wrong with Yokoyama!

Good evening! I also opened a bottle yesterday!
It was my first time too, but it was sweet, fruity and delicious, just like YOKOYAMA!
I'm glad to know that there are other people drinking the same wine as me 😁.

Good evening, Aochan 😃.
I drank a different one after this one and it all felt so spicy 😁I'm glad we're drinking the same drink at the same time 🤗.

Good morning, bouken-san!
I also bought it in Nagasaki and brought it home to drink ❗️.
I compared it with the 7, but the 1814 was a little less sweet and more balanced👍

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee😃.
I see you compared the two ❗Nice 😋.
I've had the 7, but I thought the 1814 had a stronger aroma 😃.
