It seems they are making several different yeasts with Yume-Ginko sake rice.
This 18 yeast is delicious 😋 Maybe I like it better than yesterday's one 😆.
The sweet and sour taste is pleasant 👍
The sourness may or may not be similar to Oumine 😆.
Hoshizumi has become a brand to watch 👍
