I️ started tasting sake in February this year and finally 50 check-ins in about 10 months.
It's not easy to make progress 😢.
I'm totally beefing it up with a glass of sake every day to keep me happy 🐮.
I'm still a little chick 🐣 as everyone I see on Sake no Wa has a few hundred check-ins.
I will continue to enjoy learning from your posts 🙇♂️.
Next time, I'm aiming for 100 check-ins💯!
Now, here is Ohroku from Shimane Prefecture🍶🍶.
Pouring it into a glass, it is golden and beautiful.
The taste is sour and bitter at first, but then the rich flavor rushes in.
It's the first time I️ drank it, but it has a great sense of maturity.
I usually drink sweet and tasty sake, but this kind of sake is also delicious 😋.
As expected from the King of Shimane ✨.

Thank you very much, Menshuoh 😊.
I almost gave up on Oroku, I couldn't find it in my hometown, but a friend in Shimane Prefecture gave it to me ✨It tasted even better on the second day, so please try to find it and drink it ❗️.
