It's a very good drink and a property I buy when I see it ( - ̀ω -́ ) ✧
When I saw it for the first time, the owner of the shop told me that it was very good!
It has a slightly floral aroma with a solid flavor and just the right amount of smoothness.
The sourness and astringency are active in the hidden taste.
As others have said, it has a slightly more floral impression.
Even so, the fact that it doesn't have an outstanding personality makes me happy, and I'm sure this is the one!
Miyazu is also a place that I remember going to often, so I tend to favor it!
Nevertheless, the sake of Tango is never out of place!
It is the best hidden sake in Japan!
Also, I think it might have been in Fukuchiyama, but if anyone knows if there is still a great business hotel called Haze River, please let me know!
Mr. Ota had so many grandchildren all over Japan!
It made me cry!
But it's Toyama after all!
I am so excited just to see Yagara and Genge on the menu!
I want to visit Kumamoto, too!
These are my two favorite places to visit after the New Year!

Shinjo-san, good evening 🌃
I've never seen this sake from Hakurei-san before! The hotel is called Hazel River, but I searched and it was demolished around 2009 😅I have a friend who lives there so I go to the Tamba area sometimes😊.

I think the label was different before.
I went to Haze River 25 years ago and it was almost decayed, so...
There are some good sake in the Tamba area, and I want to go there again!

I looked it up and found a simple autumn leaf label as the previous one.
The rice, milling ratio and product name seem to be the same.

Shinjitsu, every time❗️
I'm interested in this❗️.
The name has an impact...
Kyoto sake is not only Fushimi, but also the breweries in Tanba and Tango should be checked out👍.

Hello Haruei Chichi, how are you?
It's easy to recommend this to others.
It's gorgeous, strong, and beautiful.
I just drank Kinshimasamune.
It may be too far away, but I wish I could go to Tango to drink it!
