Here is the news of the first arrival in Fukuoka Prefecture. I made a reservation. Of course, this is a brand new to me.
It is from Kumamoto's Karo sake brewery. The refreshing acidity gives way to a soft, clean sweetness and umami. It was not too sweet and I liked the taste.

I was wondering why this sake from a neighboring prefecture, and from a brewery that produces Karo No. 9 yeast, is not even available in Fukuoka Prefecture, but it was originally only available in Kumamoto Prefecture 😄.
It looks pretty good, I'd like to try it. ☺️
