The second cup at Yamagata Muraki Chicken was "Odayaka", also from the Niida family in Fukushima.
The name may be gentle, but the taste is gorgeously juicy😍!
Good balance of sweetness and sourness 👍
It also has a nice sharpness, so it goes well with a meal 🥰.
The entrées are gizzard sashimi, chicken wasabi, and chicken tempura with gamecock 😋.
All of them were excellent and went well with the oden ❣️.
