The long-awaited Matsu Midori summer sake. Oh, I'm so excited! The aroma. The rice is fruity. It's so good! Sweet, but not too sweet. What a mystery! It's so beautiful, Matsumidori. This is too delicious Junmai Daiginjo, regardless of the season. It's so good that it brings tears to my eyes.
Matsuda, which is in Kanagawa Prefecture, has a countryside atmosphere with good water. The scenic beauty of the area, which reminds me of my hometown of Aizu, and the goodness of the people who make it, are the reasons for this superlative taste. I've fallen in love with it, and I've lost.
