Today is an uneventful day, but I opened the birthplace I had saved 😁.
I've had it before, but it tastes different from lot to lot.
The last time I drank it, it seemed to have a strong sweetness and acidity, but this time it has a light sweetness and flavor, and the acidity tangy feeling is not so bad 😆.
Personally, I like this balance 👍
This is a dangerous one that can be drunk easily.
It goes so well with the sweetness and fat of stewed pork 😊.
