Toyobai Special Junmai Sake
This is my first time to drink Toyobai.
We had the standard special junmai.
It has a good balance of soft sweetness and refreshing acidity.
The balance of soft sweetness and refreshing acidity is just right!
The slight astringency that lingers at the end is truly apple-like!
Easy to drink and delicious 😋.
On the second day, the sweetness decreased and the astringency came to the fore.
The freshness is gone...
I think the first day was better😅
