Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo-Hidden Sake, also known as "Ura-Nabeshima".
It is the originator of the so-called "Ura" sake (extra sake with mirrored labels).
Ura-Nabeshima is a blend of various Nabeshima junmai ginjos, as well as its Arahashigiri and Yame (blame) versions.
It is a one-off sake with a different aroma and taste each time 🍶.
The appearance is pale gold crystal.
The aroma is fresh, glossy and gorgeous, truly Nabeshima fruity.
Aromas of honey apple🍎, pear🍐, ripe melon🍈, and banana🍌.
Rice aroma like freshly pounded rice cake🌾.
Perhaps because it has been laid down, it also has a sense of depth and calmness.
In the mouth, there is a smooth texture with a light tickle of gas on the tongue.
The sweetness is like that of fully ripe grapes, but it is balanced with a firm and refreshing acidity.
The wine is not cloying, and while retaining a gorgeous fruity overtone, it flows smoothly from the mid-palate onward and finishes with a good sense of umami.
The lingering finish is beautiful and medium-long.
The lingering aroma is also fruity.
Fruity lovers will not be able to resist.
The mid-palate is clean and refreshing, and it goes well with a meal.
Again, I loved the aroma and taste: ☺️
I would definitely drink it again: ☺️
Thank you for the food 🍶.

Good evening, Aladdin!
I couldn't help but feel the deliciousness of the sake just by looking at it.
I know it's a one-off sake, but as a Nabe-sama lover, I'd love to drink it someday 🤗.

Aladdin, good morning here too ☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I was wondering what the meaning behind "Nabeshima" was, it's an assemblage kind of meaning 😲.
[The word "one off" is the most exciting thing I've ever heard 🤣.

Hi Gyve 😃.
In the case of Ura-Nabeshima, it is an assemblage as you mentioned!
It used to be a blend of various sake's rough running and blaming, but now they blend the middle part of various junginshu as well 🤔.
