Thank you all for your hard work 😊.
After returning home, opened a bottle of Gassan: ☝️
Actually, I've only had Gassan in the back, and I really wanted to try it 😁.
The aroma is not very strong, but the rice flavor is very good and it has a nice sharpness 😊.
This would go well with a meal ✨.
It's a completely different sake from Uragetsuyama 😁.
It's a great sake 😊
Oh, by the way, when I mumbled to my wife about which one to drink next while defrosting the cellar, she told me to drink from the one in the fridge! It's in the way 😦! She nailed me 😓.
Wife, I'll do my best to drink...so help me out 😊.
The picture is the state of the cellar right now: ☝️

Good evening, Kano!
And thank you for your hard work🍀.
The cellar is a feast for the eyes: ❣️
I haven't had Gassan yet, but it's a delicious sake when paired with my favorite meal lately 😋.
I'm very interested in Shimane Prefecture as well since I haven't had a chance to drink there 😊.

Good morning, Kano 😃.
I think the difference between a new moon 🌑 and a full moon 🌕 is about the same 😄.
Mr. Gassan is one of the bottles I would like to drink but I haven't met him yet 🥲I would like to help you reduce it in the fridge and in the cellar 😋.
