😄 Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 70 Alcohol content: 15 Good evening 🌙 Today's drink is a modest size. I went to Niigata and Nagano last week. After buying two bottles of Shinshu Kamerei at Okazaki Shuzo (only one of each kind per person), I also visited Wadaryu nearby. Wadaryu Tosui is available at my favorite liquor store in Kawasaki, so this time I went here. It has a strong acidity and umami flavor without sweetness. For me, it was a good sake to drink with food. When I told him about my favorite liquor store, he said "please give my regards", so I contacted the liquor store (my e-mail friend) and he said "I just got a call from Mr. Wada Ryu, you must be talking about Ane-san (tentative name)". It's a pretty good connection ⭐️.

Good evening 😃 I've been to Nagano a few times but I've never been to the Ueda area yet😥. The connection between the brewery and the liquor store is interesting 🎶. I've been to the Miyazumi brewery and got a call from the liquor store saying they've got Collage in stock 🤣.

Hi Manachie 😃. If I didn't know where Wada Ryu is, I might pass by it. They use various rice from Nagano to make their sake so if you ever see it ☺️.

Hello etorannzyu 😀 I only visit Nagano in Hokushin and Toshin and rarely go to the rest of the country. Suwa and eels, that's about it. Not Masumi 💦. Did you buy it at a sake brewery or at a liquor store? 😊
