I haven't taken a qualifying exam in ages~! I'm launching! Woohoo! I mean, not that I was holding back on anything in particular... Ponshukan's sake brewery was this month's top pick. One of the three Echigo plums, Yukinubai from Maruyama Sake Brewery. This is the sake I've enjoyed most in my lifetime. It has a slight sweetness. It is a regular sake, yet it is elegant and has a strong umami taste. It has a slightly gentle sweetness, and although it is a regular sake, it is elegant and has a strong umami flavor. It is good cold, at room temperature, or warmed up!
