Scoring: ☆☆☆☆
It tastes exactly like Sanin sake: ❣️
It may not be suitable for now when it starts to get hot, but it is suitable for warmed sake 🎶.
It's quite champagne gold 😳 when poured into a glass.
You can really feel the sense of maturity 😁.
The aroma is not much, but caramel type.
Good matured flavor 😍.
The acidity is also strong and the balance between the umami, astringency and the sense of maturity is very (* - ω - )bGood‼️
The warming up of the sake makes it stand out even more, just like the Sanin Sake 🤣.
It's almost like Hiokizakura, a famous sake from Tottori 🎶.

Hi T.KISO 😃
I'm not familiar with San-in region's sake, so this is very helpful ❗I want to try many kinds 🎵.

Good evening, T.KISO 🌇.
I don't know why I'm attracted to Ten Rising Sun in terms of its label 😁.
But it still seems to be a typical San-in sake suitable for warmed sake!
Maybe it's better to drink it while it's still cold at night...

Good evening, Mr. King of Noodles and Sake😄.
San-in sake is not familiar to people north of the northeastern part of Japan💦.
I have the impression that most of them are good for warming up sake, so if you have a chance, please do 👍.

Good evening, Haruei Chichi😄.
It's a little bit austere, but it sure is cool 🎶.
It's not so cold at night these days, I should have bought it earlier 😅💦.

Good evening, ai.sake!
I think Hiokizakura from Tottori and this sake are better for matured heated sake 🍾 ❣️
Both are champagne gold 🍾 and full of rice flavor 😆.
