A nice popping sound from the opening of the bottle. The aroma on the top is a pear or something like that.
As you can imagine, it is very gassy. The taste is sweet and fruity like muscat, but it doesn't last forever and quickly changes to bitterness in the mouth.
This bitterness is rather strong and long, so some people may not like it.
I love this type of sake because it is very drinkable 🤩.
In my opinion, Chievijin is a brand that I will never miss ✨.
