Takijimanๅคๅ้ธ

The second drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was Takijiman by Takijiman Shuzo, another first for this brewery!
This time it was a summer ginjo!
I've had many kinds of sake from Mie Prefecture, but this was the first time for me!
Let's start with the first sakรฉ!
First, the aroma. It has a fruity aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the crisp sweet bitterness and umami.
The sweet bitterness lingers in the mouth until the aftertaste.
The balance of this lingering taste lasts for a long time. The slightly spicy taste is also delicious.
The mouthfeel is very clean.
It is easy to drink and refreshing, just like a summer sake!

Thank you, ichiro18!
I also had not drank it for some reason ๐ฒ.
I can feel the sweetness and bitterness of the sake, so I can enjoy the crispness and satisfaction of the sake ๐ต.
I'd like to try the regular one next time ๐.

Thank you, Pon!
It was my first time and it was a crispy and delicious drink ๐.
Sometimes too sweet is good, but the balance is also an important factor for a good taste ๐.
If you have a chance to try it, please do ๐ค
