This week we gave up our rest day on Wednesday.
Today, I decided to do a drinking comparison.
The reason is that the last time I bought sake from Mie, I bought two kinds of sake made with MLA-12, a Mie yeast that produces a lot of malic acid, so I decided to compare them.
The first one is Tamitsu Malic acid from Hayakawa Shuzo.
This is a challenge tank of the "TAMITSU" brand, and is a light sake with 13% alcohol by volume, perfect for summer.
Let's have it right away.
First, the aroma. The aroma is not very strong.
It is very refreshing in the mouth.
It has a sake-like taste, but at any rate, it is refreshing.
There is a sweetness, but the sweetness is also refreshing.
The finish is gentle and spicy, so it is a refreshing and easy-to-drink sake that is perfect for summer.

Good evening, ma-ki-San ð
I went to a liquor store during summer vacation with the intention of buying this sake, but the store was closed even though it said it was open during the Bon holidays ðI read your review and it sounds delicious and perfect for the hot season ð.

Thank you, bouken.
I felt it wasn't very sake-like, but it was very fruity, refreshing and delicious ðµ.
I wish I could describe the sake I drank more clearly ð§.
