This week we gave up our rest day on Wednesday. Today, I decided to do a drinking comparison. The reason is that the last time I bought sake from Mie, I bought two kinds of sake made with MLA-12, a Mie yeast that produces a lot of malic acid, so I decided to compare them. The first one is Tamitsu Malic acid from Hayakawa Shuzo. This is a challenge tank of the "TAMITSU" brand, and is a light sake with 13% alcohol by volume, perfect for summer. Let's have it right away. First, the aroma. The aroma is not very strong. It is very refreshing in the mouth. It has a sake-like taste, but at any rate, it is refreshing. There is a sweetness, but the sweetness is also refreshing. The finish is gentle and spicy, so it is a refreshing and easy-to-drink sake that is perfect for summer.

Good evening, ma-ki-San 😃 I went to a liquor store during summer vacation with the intention of buying this sake, but the store was closed even though it said it was open during the Bon holidays 😭I read your review and it sounds delicious and perfect for the hot season 😋.

Thank you, bouken. I felt it wasn't very sake-like, but it was very fruity, refreshing and delicious 🎵. I wish I could describe the sake I drank more clearly 💧.
