The map of Japan progressed with quite a few firsts, but the stock of firsts is gone, so I guess it will stagnate for a while😅.
As for the sake, the aroma is not so great, but it has the freshness and flavor of freshly squeezed sake.
The alcohol content is 17-18 degrees, so it tastes quite robust.
It's Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture, so there's no doubt about it 🎶.
