We are in the middle of Golden Week, the first half of this year's weather, and it is the night the moon climbs with the croaking of frogs 🌓. I don't have much to do with GW because of my work, but I want to enjoy the atmosphere of the world, so I've decided to make a full contribution with this sake 🍶. Houou Mita WINE CELL SPARKLING I found this bottle at a liquor store after seeing Jay & Nobby drinking it before and bought it immediately 🍶. This time we will enjoy this sake for the first time by choosing a sake cup and three kinds of food 😁. Sake cups: glass, sake cup and beer glass The three entrées were seasonal horse mackerel sashimi, Fukui sauced pork cutlet, and local pastrami beef. Let's start with the sake cups (1) Glass The aroma is green apple. Shuwashu, a carbonation like cider, green apple-like sweetness, and a sake-like smell that escapes through the nose. 2) Sake cup Slightly sweet and green apple-like aroma. Beer glass The thinnest drinking glass, carbonation after passing the throat, green apple aroma and sweetness, and a weak nose-bleeding effect because it is drunk last. All the entrées went surprisingly well with each other, but personally, the pastrami beef was my favorite! Overall, I could see why J&N called it foul 😋.

Hi Gyve, good evening 🌙 You have tried so many things 😳‼️ I am surprised how different they are! Also, I see that sauced pork cutlets go well with it too ❣️ I like it because saucy flavors are surprisingly hard to find 😆👍

Hi Pon! I haven't been drinking sparkling so I tried a few different things to see what would go well with it 😁. The sauced pork cutlet was half the story, but it was carbonated so it went well with the fried food 😋 maybe the lighter sweet sauce flavor was good 😊.

Hello, Mr. King of Noodles and Sake ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀. I couldn't write about my impressions with the Ate because of the number of words, but I played around with it a bit while drinking it 😁. It's 16%, but it's very sweet and carbonated, so it's perfect for a hot daytime drink 🥂.
