I grilled a steak🥩 that I got from my wife's hometown for her birthday and opened a bottle of Senkou.
It was my first time to drink Naturale. It's Sentori, so of course it's delicious. The balance of sourness, sweetness, and bitterness, and the fizziness lingers in the mouth.
I usually prioritize sake I've never had before, but if I come across it again, I'd be happy to buy this one.
Aside from that, the fat from the steak got to me and I had a hell of a severe stomach ache in the middle of the night😱.
I'm not young anymore. I'll have to stick to red meat.
