We took delivery of DOVE from Igarashi Sake Brewery in Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture, and are having it with wakasagi (Japanese pond smelt) nectar as a side dish.
We were told that it is not named "dobrok" but rather "dove dove.
Because of the blowout ⚠️, we bottle 1 liter in 1 square bottle.
The bottles are also much thicker, perhaps to withstand the pressure.
It is a refreshing dobrok with a sour taste.
Alcohol content: 10° C.

I happened to be able to make a reservation at a direct sales place, so I had it for the first time.
I opened the bottle in the kitchen, prepared for a blowout, but it opened quickly and easily, which was a bit disappointing 😂.
