Following yesterday's Ash, today we opened a bottle of Flax Cat Sparkling 😀.
It's hard to open a bottle of a sake that you can't open often, so you have to be very active to open a bottle 🤣.
All I've been able to get lately is regular Flaxcat, and it's been a really long time since I've had a bottle of Flaxcat Sparkling 😀.
I guess it depends on your taste, but I personally prefer sparkling 😇.
But still, it's a very energetic drink and I haven't had a blowout in a while 😅.
I couldn't believe it was made in a wooden vat with the same raw yeast as Ash, I could feel fruits reminiscent of muscat, probably from the acidity derived from the bubbles😇.
Personally, Flax Cat Sparkling is one of my top favorite sakes from Shinsei 😀.
I also enjoyed today's sake comparison😇

We love Flax Cat Spark too 🤗I can't forget that first time I drank it 🥹😌I honestly can't get over that after the second bottle 😅But it's delicious!
