boukenMatsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix⑬ Tosa Shiragiku, which looks fruity but has never been drunk at home I drank Special Junmai Slightly Sparkling Nama Rice: Tosa Rei, Polishing ratio: 60%, Alcohol: 15%, Sake degree: +2 It is sweet, tasty, bitter, and delicious. I used to drink it outside 😅. I wrote that Tosa Shiragiku is so good that I should drink it at home.... I haven't had it at home yet. Usukai Junmai Ginjyo Yamadanishiki Nama Polishing ratio 50%, alcohol 15%, sake degree +1 Not flashy, but sweet and delicious 😋. Tosa Shiragiku, I don't see it sold very often, I should really look for it 🤔.

boukenGood evening, Nemuchi 😃 Ahh, you surely had it at Yamamoto 💦. I had forgotten about it 😅. Both bottles were my favorite type, I'd like to sit down and drink them at home 😊.
