Happy New Year to all of you in Sakewa 🎍.
My first revue of the new year is a sake given to me by a colleague as a gift for my promotion: 🙇♂️
If you don't open it now, when will you open it😅
It's a very expensive sake in a paulownia box and has a special atmosphere 🌟.
The aroma is slightly grapey 🍇❔.
Slightly effervescent on the palate with discreet fruitiness like grape, orange and apricot.
Flows nicely and smoothly like water, light bodied and crisp ⚔️
A lingering bitterness slowly and slowly rushes in 😌.
Fresh, but at the same time, a hint of maturity... the acidity is moderate...
I felt more "Niigata" than usual Abbey 🌾.
I associate it with 🌾.
There is a definite essence of Abé there 🙂.
The theme is the ultimate Niigata food sake or ⁉️🤔

Happy New Year, Jurian 🌅New Year's greetings to you too🙇🏻🙇🏻♀️
The ultimate food sake that you can feel Niigata: ‼️Click here. It was recommended to me at a liquor store before, but when I heard the price 😨 I politely declined 😆 It was the one I should drink now 🤗.

Thank you, ma-ki, and I look forward to working with you again this year. 🙇♂️
I was once asked by a coworker who is not familiar with Japanese sake what I would recommend, and I answered "Abe" if it's in the prefecture.
And he replied 😅

Jay & Nobby, thank you for your support this year as well: 🙇♂️
I think Hi-Gan is probably aiming for the ultimate food sake, and I felt this sake has something in common with it...
That's just my opinion 😅
