A spur-of-the-moment standing drink 🍶 at the chuin Shinmachi restaurant with Mr. Jive.
The fourth and final drink was a "I love this! from Fusashimaya Junmai Super Dry Oragami.
Fusashimaya is brewed by Tokoro Shuzo in Ibigawa-cho, Gifu Prefecture.
Founded in the early Meiji era, Tokoro Shuzo brewery produces a crisp junmai sake with a strong rice flavor and acidity under the theme of "sake is a food sake.
BOJIMAYA, launched in 2000, is the current representative brand.
The appearance is a mist white color with beautifully entwined tailings.
The aroma has a fresh, greef-like aroma mixed with a hint of koji (malted rice).
The mouthfeel is silky, and the acidity spreads dryly with the rice-like flavor of the tailings.
The lingering finish is short, with a softly lingering bitter bitterness.
The aroma is refreshing and the taste is dry throughout, making it an orikarami sake that can be drunk as a food sake!
I know that Gyave was in a hurry since his stay was limited, but I hope he enjoyed his time at CHUIN.
Thank you so much for the souvenirs 😊.
Thank you for the food 🍶.

Aladdin, sorry to bother you again⤵.
Actually, I've been wondering about Tokoro Sake Brewery since the shortest course from my hometown to Ibi, Gifu Prefecture was developed 🚙.
I'm sorry for taking your souvenir too 💦.
I had it on the train on the way home 😋.
