After finishing the work that had piled up after the trip, I went to Abe-san for dinner after a long time 😙.
The day after the information I received from the izakaya lady in Nagaoka, I changed my plans from Niigata City to Teradomari and then to Kashiwazaki to visit a brewery 🚗.
I was so excited when I turned off the street into an alley and saw the brewery 💦💦.
One of the bottles I bought there was SAZANAMI.
12% alcohol by volume.
100% Gohyakumangoku grown in Niigata Prefecture
The mouthfeel is beautifully light, typical of Niigata sake, but then a fresh citrus sweet and sour taste emerges and finishes with bitterness.
It is a modern pale sake. It's like grapefruit juice🥤 for adults.
Like the Akada we drank last week, it is very easy to drink and slurries up very nicely 😊.
The entrée was sockeye salmon and shrimp shinjo that I had bought back in Niigata.
I like the Ebi Shinjo 😙.

Good morning, ma-ki-😃.
I went as you predicted 😙.
I was excited before I went in and thrilled after I left😇.
Tank #1 seems to be limited to direct sales and I was easily bitten 💦.

Hi soumacho 😃
That would be the case 😆 and I would be so excited to see this picture 🤩.
SAZANAMI! I'd love to try one of these 😋I'm pretty sure it's a lagoon entrée 😊.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃.
Well, I was very excited 😄.
It's light and acidic so it's easy to drink even in the hot summer 😊.
Too bad they don't carry it near us 😢.
