Echizenmisaki令和5年 荒走りスペシャル
ジャイヴ
[A day to work on sake activities in Nanato Minoru 🍴🍶.
I was about to order the last sake I had decided to drink when I noticed a young woman alone in the bar talking to the proprietress about what she wanted to order, so I ordered one myself.
Echizenmisaki 2023 Rough Run Special.
I was surprised to know that "Echizen Misaki", which has a strong image of "Echizen Misaki" as a brand with only "tankashibori" labeling, had "Arajiri", but the proprietress told me that only a certain distributor takes over all "Arajiri" and sells it, so it turned out to be a real private brand.
The aroma is faintly like white grapes, and the mouthfeel has a sweetness with a hint of sourness behind the sweetness, which is not too strong, and then it finishes with a gentle and pleasant aftertaste.
The sharp sweetness and acidity are pleasant 😋.
The female customer was also very pleased with the sweet and tasty taste, and when we talked a little, she said she was a newcomer who came to Fukui from Tokyo last year for work.
She was looking for a place to have a drink after seeing a movie, so I recommended SAKEWA and SHIMA for her sake record 😁.
[I wonder if they will start 🤣.

Hi Gyve 😃.
I've become a total "Cape Echizen" fan, but I've never seen this one in quintessential style and it looks delicious 🤤.

Hello, Mr. Noodle Sake King ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I didn't know that there were still other private brands of "Echizen Cape" that I know 💦.
I'll have a look around now that you told me where to find it ✨.

Hi Aladdin!
[I was wondering if you could help me keep a record of what you've been drinking, so I told him about Sake-no-wa.
He was having trouble keeping track of the sake he drank, so I told him about the usefulness of Sake-no-wa.
