Hot, hot. I'm happy to have this kind of sake, but it tastes too good and will be gone in no time. Maybe I shouldn't buy this sake. I enjoy the yogurt taste moderately and the sake taste follows afterwards. As expected from the Shinzawa Sake Brewery.
