It flows nicely with a fairly schwishy, grapefruit-like bitterness.
Being a summer jungin draft, I thought it might be a bit sweeter, but it was surprisingly refreshing and the bitterness lingered.
I thought it might be better balanced if it was hi-ire.

Good evening, Yoohee-san!
I was wondering about this one from Asano-san and was thinking of comparing it with Hi-iri! I've read your review and the Hi-iri seems to be delicious 😆🙏🙏.

Good morning, Pon-san. ☀︎
You've all been reviewing the Hi-iri here and there, and it's reputed to be medium tasty ✨.
I think the nigori was the strongest in terms of bitterness 💡.

Hi Yoohee 😊
Bunkajin has a stylish and light image among Kochi sake 😊.
I think it's a fairly recently known brewery - in my drinking age, there was only drunken whale, Tosatsuru, and Tsukibotan 😂.

Good evening, Masha-san. ⭐︎
I see, I've never had a good look at other Kochi sake, so I'll be sure to drink some in the future and keep a record of it 🍶.
I did some research and found that there are quite a few Kochi sake ✨.
