I had it as a moonshine during the mid-autumn moonlight 🌕Best Choice!
It's as light and refreshing as water.
It has a gentle sweet taste of rice.
The cool aftertaste gives the impression of water with herbs and flowers in it!
It tastes like it's good for you... 👍 lol
I paired it with sake-kasu nabe, which is made with sake-kasu from Shiragiku in Okunoto, but I felt it wasn't quite right.
The next day, I bought some cured ham and paired it with it.
It's a great combination 😆❣️.
