A feeling of tight gas. It has a beautiful sweet flavor with a strong minerality. Bitter in the latter half.
Much tastier than I expected.

Today, I received a phone call out of the blue from the Origuchi Sake Brewery and wondered what was going on. I wondered what it was, but it was a phone call asking if I wanted to reserve a bottle of Risshun Asashibori. I asked for a bottle of Risshun Asashimusubori.
