I finally got into the July drinking 🐰ww!
On this day, Danna's nephew came to Nara for a visit, so we had a joint party with Danna's family ✨.
The rice used was 20% Yamadanishiki and 80% Saganohana with a milling ratio of 55% and an Alc of 16.
It has a fruity aroma with a fresh and clean umami flavor and a slight bitterness.
It is a delicious sake that is well balanced and easy to drink 🎶.
