The balance of the acidity is balanced to bring out the acidity reminiscent of yuzu and sudachi. Strong gasiness, fresh and crisp 😊.
I've never had such a citrusy sake with the aroma. It is delicious with summery acidity. 😋😋😋😋
The sweetness and spiciness is medium.
The balance of acidity is just barely enough to keep the sake feeling.
It is a little more acidic than the more acidic seasonal sake from Senkyoku. This lactobacillus control is amazing👍
