The aroma is just wonderful. I've never had such an intense muscat-like aroma. I didn't realize that the hops would intensify the muscat aroma even more. The gassiness is slight.
The sweetness is weak and the acidity is strong. But it is short.
The acidity is crisp and ends quite crisply.
Craft sake hops often give the impression of being fresh, like a new drink, but this instrumental hop is like a build-up of sake, which is very innovative. A sparkling of this would be so delicious....
