Last year, I passed the second level of the Japanese Sake Certificate and last week, I passed the sake tasting test.
After passing the test, I opened my first bottle in Futanami. I am not sure what to expect ๐บ.
This year's Ninani is seclet, I don't know the rice or the milling ratio.
Futani is an experimental sake from Futani Rabbit, every year we get a different sake. Last year, they released an extraordinary sake made from 80% polished Aizan rice.
This year's Futani has a slightly yellowish color. The aroma is not that strong and the taste is dry but full of umami.
I wonder if the rice is low-polished again this year, or if the rice is Okazaki Yamada, which was introduced this year. This is just a guess, so please don't rely on it.
But I like it, it's delicious. ๐๐๐๐๐
