Elegant and juicy♩This is definitely a delicious sake for those who like sweet sake. It has a fresh, fruity sweetness, perhaps a bit like melon, to give an example. The taste is not only fresh, but also rich and complex. It also has acidity and a fruity, tingling sensation on the tongue!
According to the back of the label, Tenmei Leap No. 4 is made once every four years using ethyl caproate yeast with a gorgeous aroma, which is not usually used, and Yamada Nishiki, a type of yeast with a gorgeous aroma, to produce a sake that is both gorgeous and sweet. It is said to have a gorgeous, rich, and sweet sake quality, which is exactly what it is!
This is the first batch. The second batch will be a "Nakadori Leap Go" and the third batch will be a "Hi-ire Leap Go," a special standard sake, to follow!
