I finally got to drink it!
A pure Saitama sake brewed with Saitama sake Musashi and G yeast.
Sweet and sour aroma like lychee. Refreshing, elegant, and pleasant. Soothing.
The taste is fruity and gorgeous, and combined with the deliciousness of the rice, it is extremely delicious!
There is no harshness or cloying taste at all, and it can be easily drunk without any resistance.
Wow, I feel so happy.
The aftertaste is smooth and clean, but the slight lingering aroma invites you to take the next sip.
This is the first time I have had Kagamiyama-san, and I was surprised, impressed, and satisfied with the taste, which is better than I had imagined!
There are no peculiarities at all, so even those who don't like sake should experience this flavor✨.

Kagamiyama-san, I've only seen it at Sake-no-Wawa, but I've never seen it in person, but it looks delicious 😋.
I've never had a chance to try the sake from Saitama Prefecture, so if I ever get the chance, I'd love to try it 🤗.
