I bought it because it was brewed by Chikara Urasato, a toji I guess.
I have been drinking it since the other day and finished it yesterday.
Here are my notes from the first day of drinking.
The appearance is a pale yellow-green.
The nose is youthful and fresh, with blue melon and freshly peeled banana.
The nose has a coolness of chervil and sweet rice aroma like white dumplings.
Smooth texture.
Dark sweetness and a firm umami taste, then a dryness that leaves with the stimulation of alcohol sensation.
The finish is crisp with a hint of bitterness while retaining the flavor.
The aftertaste is short and medium.
It is different from the "light dry" type of sake, and is a dry sake with a strong umami taste, which is different from the watery type of sake.
It seems to go well with all kinds of food.
It is a sake that can be easily drunk at any time of the day.
I also compared it with Shirakiku Honjozo+ from Okunoto to go with the meat and tofu with hot egg on top, but they all have different qualities and intoxicating feeling. ☺️
Yesterday, the 9th day after opening the bottle, I felt the bitterness in the aftertaste was a little more pronounced than before, but it was delicious.
Thank you for the treat 🍶.

Hi Aladdin 😀
I have recently received some sake with alcohol content for sake tasting practice, and while I am now able to identify alcohol content quite well with the sake I use for practice, I cannot identify it at all with a delicious sake like Kirizukuba 😀.

Hi Aladdin 😃This is very good 😃It's a dry sake, a bit different from the so-called dry sake ‼️, which I personally really like 😊.

Good evening, Yasubeyesan 😃.
I would recommend the first pressing Kirizukuba light nigori which should be available as new sake in the future!
Last time it wasn't even honjozo (= over 10%) but I really didn't know unless you told me 😁 It's delicious so please do 🍶.

Good evening, Mr. Manachie 😃.
Even I, who by nature likes sweet and tasty sake, could understand the goodness of the deliciously dry sake: ☺️
I think it's a drunken sake that you want to drink in a bottle, in a good, messy way 🍶.
I wish they would release a taiko by a handsome toji too 😁.

Good evening Jay & Nobby 😃.
I just finished drinking it yesterday and the timing was perfect!
It is a deliciously dry sake that will surely satisfy you 🍶.
Kiri-Tsukuba is originally a local sake, so it may be easier to find in the Kanto area 🤔I hope you will try it!
