Slightly gassy
Moderate gassiness
Slightly pineapple-like top note
The same slightly fruity aroma as on the top, the soft umami and sweetness of rice spreads with citrus-like acidity, and it finishes quickly with a moderate bitterness and a slight spiciness of alcohol.
The impression is round, juicy, and well-balanced, and the spiciness of the alcohol that appears in the latter half of the bottle makes it refreshing and easy to drink.
It goes well with marinated Maltese tuna, but it seems to go even better with meat dishes.
Of course, it is also delicious on its own.
We went to stock up on Iraka (tiled sake), but when we saw Bon Gold, which we used to love when we first started drinking sake, we got nostalgic and bought a bottle of the seasonal sake as well!

Good morning, Masaaki Sapporo 🐥.
When I shop, I often buy something different from what I planned 😅 sometimes it's better than you think 😁.
The color of the sea is turning to winter 🌊.
