I finally went to buy some Sansho, which now has a special distributor in Kansai, and there were so many sake that I wanted to buy 😅.
I was interested in Eikoufuji and Kankoubai pure Asahi, but they had this one that I had been interested in for a long time, so I bought it.
It only says "Nama-shu" on the label, but it's supposed to be a pure sake, right?
I was expecting it to be quite dry, but it was not that dry, but rather citrusy sweet and sour. It is dry, refreshing, and has a nice sharpness. I was hesitant to buy it, but I'm glad I did.
It has the same Sake meter (Sake meter +5) as Yuho, but this one is definitely easier to drink. Youho is a sake brewed from a yeast yeast-free yeast, so it's not a good comparison...

I'm here, too 😆.
I drank this yesterday too 😋.
It was my first time to drink Suminoe, but I think I'm going to be hooked ✨.
I don't know about the raw sake, so I wish they'd put it on the label.

Choroki, good evening 😃.
This is delicious😍.
I know some places don't dare to write it down, but I wish the notation would be consistent 😅.
