Today we will open another bottle of Yamaguchi Prefecture's light nigori, which we have been carefully keeping in our sake cellar 😀.
It's a limited edition light nigori from Moegi by Wakamusuusan.
The bottle was opened successfully and the supernatant was removed 😀.
It's hard to compare the taste between the supernatant and the mixed one 😀.
The fruitiness and gentle sweetness is what you would expect from Wakamusumusan 😇.
I knew the level of Yamaguchi Prefecture's sake was high 😀.

Yes...just the phrase "super-limited light nigori" is enough to make me reach for it 🤣.
Haretoke also sells out of the super-limited light nigori immediately every time, so I buy it immediately when I see it 😇.

I can't resist when I see Wakamusume's super limited Usu-nigoriya 🤣.
Every seasonal sake seems to have a clear sake and a super limited ususunigoriya, but it's always the clear sake that's left 😅.
