This is my first numero un, and my first sake with No.1 yeast. Did it originate from Sakuramasamune? It's calmer than numero sis. It has a yogurt-like aroma. I can also feel the lactic acidity. Both are delicious, but I think I prefer numero sis.
NumeroSys has a gassy taste, but Numeroan doesn't.
