Here is the second drink of the Osaka Off-line Meeting!
I had been longing for this drink since it was introduced in Seiji Rokkaku's "Drinking Iron Journey".
When I ordered it, one of the waitresses said, "You are a challenger, Chichi-san.
I didn't mean to order such a perverted drink..."
And then he poured it into my glass and surprised me: ‼️
"Huh, it's red wine, isn't it?
Yes, it was a sake made with ancient rice (red rice).
The aroma was really sweet and sour, reminiscent of rosé!
I took a sip with trepidation...
It's wine!
It's like a rosé wine after all!
I love the light sweetness and acidity 🤗.
I also feel the depth of the flavor of the ancient rice that comes late. ❗️
It's a bit of a novelty in terms of genre, but it's a very deep sake 👍.
