This is the first time for Harukasumi.
The rice is Misato Nishiki. The sake is shipped only to a limited number of stores.
It has a fresh, gaseous taste. It is fresh and has a sweet taste of rice. There is a chestnut-like atmosphere in the aroma and taste. It has a strong acidity. I like the taste, and the price is good, too, at around 1,300 yen for a 50% polished sake.

Good evening, bouken-san, I bought a bottle of Harukasumi no Nama (junmai ginjo) recommended by Jutoku Sake Sales Office before and it was very much my favorite 🤗. I see there are only a limited number of stores that sell directly pumped sake 😢 Sayama is far away. Too bad 😂.
